Leah Dimino was truly exceptional. Leah is a 15 out of 10! Leah makes you feel like your needs are first priority. As housing is being snapped up in Tennessee, and trying to relocate from Minnesota, Leah made this process almost “enjoyable”. She offered to tour the property via video, and she provided all details necessary for me to make a decision. I have to say that I gave Leah a tall order. House had to be white, Kitchen had to be white with black counter tops, not more than 5 years old and the house had to have a front and rear porch. To make matters worse (or so I thought for Leah), I provided her with a floor plan that I needed and a firm budget. Believe it or not, she found my dream house in a very short amount of time. And not to forget the view! OMG, Leah hit the nail on the head! Leah helped me figure out the best way to position my offer and what price to go in at to give me the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept my offer over the other ones. Leah’s advise on what was important to the seller at the point of the offer clearly helped me close the deal.

I felt like I was working with my best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I had questions, I texted her and she responded in 2 minutes or less. Emails were answered rapidly as well. She provided me with a lender who was a joy to work with as well. She even supported me during the stressful mortgage process. We talked on the phone many times to go over the process and she helped me immensely making the move from MN to TN a breeze. We completed another video walk thru the night before closing. She went above and beyond to go thru the house to check to make sure everything is in order. She even helped me to set up the inspection and walked me thru what all needs to be included in a TN home inspection. Without Leah, I probably wouldn't have fared as well as I did.

All of this speaks to her commitment to making sure I was taken care off. Leah has shown immense patient with my seemingly endless questions. I am not sure how you can have a better agent then Leah. Leah’s main focus is what her customers want, not how much she could make in commission. This was clear from the get-go. If I ever need another home, I know exactly who to call when the time comes.
